oh my goodness!

... i've wanted to write about our family's conference at Lake Bled forever. so here it is: we went to Lake Bled, Slovenia for our mission organization's conference almost 2 weeks ago. =)

it consisted of:

-beautiful surroundings (lake, mountains, island, and trees with orange leaves!)

-reunions with old friends and meeting new friends

-a refreshing time from school and home

-a day trip to Bratislava in the middle of the conference for my last volleyball tournament! (craziness)

-lots of picture taking

-more learning about God through my friends and worshipping Him in adoration

-lots of conversations

-FUN, basically :)

we got back sunday night, and on monday i dove back into school and "real life" again... oh, and basketball started that day too! it was a little much for one day. but i loved every minute of this refreshing time away, tucked away in a fold of the busyness and craziness of my life!
